John Hollenbach

John has over 20 years experience building and growing companies. Most recently, John was the CEO & President of Doe & Ingalls Management, LLC. John orchestrated the sale of Doe & Ingalls to Thermo Fisher Scientific, a publicly traded fortune 200 company. He has a B.S in Chemistry and a Master in Business Administration – Finance, at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. John also attended a number of Executive Programs at Tuck Business School focused on strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, marketing, finance and company valuations.

Henry Clark

Henry Clark | Blue Diamond Capital

Henry has more than a decade of corporate experience providing financial and strategic guidance to leadership, operations and commercial focused personnel. His responsibilities have included oversight for all aspects of financial reporting, tax, and cash management, as well as EH&S and other administrative activities. Henry has experience in transactions as well as capital allocation planning. Prior to moving into corporate finance, he served as a consultant focused on the valuation of privately held companies. Henry earned a Masters in Accounting and a BS in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is a CFA charterholder and a CPA.

Tom Merrick

Tom Merrick | Blue Diamond Capital

Tom was a founding partner in Doe & Ingalls in 1986. He and his partner, John Elmo, founded and grew the business until they recapitalized the business in 2005 with private equity. Tom remained a board member and was an active member who advised management on sale of business to Thermo Fisher.

John was a founding partner in Doe & Ingalls in 1986. John was responsible for running the operational side of the business. He built the distribution process, quality systems, IT systems and managed human resources. His experience as an operating partner was critical to scale the business. John remained a board member and was an active member who advised management on sale of business to Thermo Fisher.
